The first step in any cleansing program is to stimulate the bowel to cleanse old, toxic material out of the colon. The whole idea is to dissolve and eliminate toxins and their buildup from your fat cells, muscle tissues and organs. This toxic material is mostly eliminated from your body through the colon.
